Shipping policy

Shipping Time:

  • Pre-made items ship within 5-10 business days.
  • Custom and made-to-order items have a processing time of 1-6 weeks, depending on the request and current order volume. If you need an item rushed, please contact me before placing your order to discuss accommodations.

All orders are shipped via USPS.

I cannot guarantee delivery dates as shipping times are out of my control once a package has been handed over to USPS. However, if you require a guaranteed delivery date, please reach out before placing your order to discuss options.

Shipping times for individual products can also be found in their item descriptions.

International Shipping:

At this time, I do not offer international shipping.

Tracking:

Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped. You can track your package through the USPS website using the tracking number in your confirmation email.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages:

While I take great care in packaging your items, I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

  • If your package is lost, please contact USPS directly, and I will assist by providing tracking details to help locate it.
  • If your package arrives damaged, please email me at sarah@thewickedology.com with:
    • Your order number
    • Your full name
    • Clear photos of the damage

I will do my best to help resolve the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses:

I am not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address. Shipping labels are generated based on the address provided at checkout.

  • If you notice an incorrect address, please contact me within 24 hours of placing your order to update it.
  • If your order has already shipped, you must contact USPS to request a reroute.
  • If the package is returned to me due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for covering a reshipping fee.
