Refunds and Cancellations
- You have 24 hours from placing your order to request a cancellation. After 24 hours, we may not be able to cancel your order, as processing begins quickly.
- We do not offer returns or refunds.
- Refunds may be considered in special cases, such as defective products or incorrect orders. We reserve the right to review and accept or deny these requests. However, we will always do our best to resolve any issues with your order.
Damages and Issues
- Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and offer a solution, such as a replacement.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been shipped. If this happens, we recommend reaching out to your local post office to file a claim.
